How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will take 2 to 4 weeks to ship depending on your location. All local orders can be picked up next day.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we are only catering to our Canadian Gals.

What is your return policy? 

Hats are Custom and all sales are final. We are here to help in any way if you have a sizing issue please don’t hesitate to email us and we will steer you in the right direction.

What size do I order?

Sizing for your hat all comes down to personal preference. This is a helpful guide to help you when choosing the right size for your custom hat.

Small / Medium 54cm to 57cm (average women’s head size)

Medium / Large 57 cm to 59 cm (average men’s head size)

Each hat is fitted with an adjustable strap to ensure the perfect fit. Keep in mind the way you would like your hat to fit when choosing your hat size. A smaller size will sit higher on your head while a larger size will sit lower. There are two ways we like to rock our hats. There is TRADITIONAL which is worn with the tip of the hat over the eyebrows causing the hat to sit evenly with the ground. HALO style of wearing your hat allows you to cock your hat back creating a Halo look with the brim.

Do you make custom men’s hats?

NOT yet but I assure you it’s in the works.
